Sometimes a bright idea is just another over-expose piece of infomation. Just like a business proposal. You put too much bombastic words inside and many hip and popular key words that the clueless manager will think that "Hey I am really Impress."At the end of the line, it is just a colorful pieces of paper with lots of chart.
If an idea is like the object in this picture, it is only over exposed.
The difference between a manager and an engineer, is that an engineer sells what he built and the manager get people to build what he sold. He is only as good as the people around him. ie a chain is as good as the weakest link.
