4D numbers

Ok, Ah choo here had some time and inspired by some one in the office who also had alot of time. Just like to share with my fellow friends this information.

There are 31 4D number which has never been drawn since 1986.
The numbers are:

These data are accurate up to 16th Sept 06.

Hmm so given that these numbers had never been "opened" before, will they come out soon? It is after all 20 years already since the data are collected.
